MEZ2 stands for the 63-hectare PEZA-registered Mactan Economic Zone Processing 2 at Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu. This mixed-use development is operated in partnership with Mactan Cebu International Airport Authority (MCIAA).

About MEZ2 Estate

Overview

Strategically located a few minutes away from Mactan Cebu International Airport, MEZ2 Estate features a self-sufficient industrial-anchored mixed-use estate with dedicated utility stations.

The power station at Mactan EnerZone provides electricity with a 58 MVA transformation capacity just for MEZ 2 and its wastewater treatment plant cleans up to 1,500 cubic meters of domestic wastewater daily. In addition, it comes fully-equipped with an emergency response team, security personnel, and telecommunications and internet services. Furthermore, it carries a 24/7 transport terminal with public utility vehicles servicing a plethora of routes across the island.

Estate Water, a wholly owned subsidiary of Aboitiz InfraCapital, is the exclusive water and wastewater services provider of MEZ2 Estate. It currently has a daily water production capacity of over 3 MLD and a wastewater treatment capacity of 1.5 MLD, allowing Estate Water to fully cover the water and wastewater requirements of more than 14,000 workers and visitors at MEZ2 Estate.
