Joint Venture with Aboitiz Group

Through the partnership between the Aboitiz Group with ACOLand and Tsuneishi Group of Japan, CIPDI began operations.

The Launch of ACOLand

Consolidating its assets, ACOLand was launched as a division of Metaphil, Inc., the construction arm of the Aboitiz Group.

ACOLand partnered with Mactan Cebu International Airport for Mactan Export Processing Zone 2, now MEZ2 Estate.
